I met Marshall three years ago and at the time, I had very little knowledge about maintaining my fitness. Since I started working out with him, he’s given me all the tools I need to maintain a healthy weight. I have seen a huge difference in my body and I have learned so much. I am know able to use everything I learned on a daily bases from meal prepping to great work out techniques. I feel more confident and stronger than ever before. Whether you are trying to bulk or slim down, he is the personal trainer that can help you get there. He will push you and motivate you to be the best that you can be. I have been going to the gym off and on for a few years now thinking I was doing a decent job of staying in shape, until I hit a plateau in October. That's when I decided to hire Marshall he brought a whole new aspect to working out showing me tons of workouts I've never seen or heard of before!! A little over two years ago I had a baby and was going through a bad divorce at the same time. I gained a lot of weight and was feeling quite sorry for myself. Last year I decided that a personal trainer was what I needed. Having someone to be accountable to is what works best for me. I found Marshall and have been working out with him for about three and a half months. I have since lost a little over thirty pounds and I'm down three dress sizes. I feel better physically and emotionally. I sleep better, have more energy and everyone says I look so much happier. Some days I want to make excuses to not workout, but I get to the gym anyway. Those are usually the days Marshall pushes me harder. Not once after a workout have I said I wish I hadn't done this. Marshall is very professional and it’s obvious he enjoys what he does. I have a lot more weight to lose but I know that Marshall will help me get where I want to be.

Marshall has been my trainer for about three months now and I’ve never been more happy with where I am at with my weight loss goals. I’ve started noticing the muscles popping out from what used to be more “softer” places. I really like that he targets weight loss through muscle training. I go to work and school full time with a four year old and Marshall has created a system for me that makes my health a priority too. The meal plan that he has customized to my nutrition needs are simple without any complicated recipes and easy to follow. Marshall has also kept me accountable by making sure I show up to my gym appointment, making sure I’m not just going through the motions, and that I’m sticking to my meal plan without incriminating me. His work out techniques have taught me a lot about good form and different ways to work out to keep it new and exciting. He is very engaging and all around a great trainer to have!

My brother Jesus and I have been trying hard to put on major muscle mass with very little success. That's when we hired Marshall as our personal trainer. He is very energetic and a over all cool guy to hangout with, for the hour session we are together. That being said my brother and are adding solid muscle mass week to week while enjoying the gym instead of treating it as a chore. I started at 153lbs and after 4 months I'm up to 164lbs while looking leaner!

Marshall has increased my gluts, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps in size and definition!! He is a great trainer and the nicest guy! He will help you reach your fitness goals with fast and great success! Marshall has also been to my house several times to help with my meal prep, so I can stay on course to lose some major pounds.
