Monthly Rates (Entire payment due at 1st session)
2x a week = ($50 per hour session)
3x a week = ($45 per hour session)

Thirty Minute Sessions = $30
Small Group Training
Small Group Training provides all the benefits of working with a personal trainer as well as having a group of peers to train with. In such settings, you have the support and accountability offered by your peers and also the services of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of solo sessions! What better way to save and get started on your journey of physical fitness! If you are looking for a program that keeps you motivated and accountable without costing an arm and a leg, this is the one for you!
The cost is $60 per week, two 60 min sessions.
We also offer a 12-week, structured, whole-foods eating plan that my expert team of nutritionists will tailor for your unique metabolism and specific health and weight goals. This program comes with everything you need to succeed including an easy-to-follow meal plan, a variety of delicious recipes, and encouraging support directly from me and my team.
The cost is $100.
